On Monday 7th May, Year 7 and 8 students visited Shiva Ayurvedic Centre and Restaurant for an opportunity to experience Indian culture. The students took part in a variety of activities and learned about breathing techniques, Ayurvedic massage and treatment, Indian cuisine and artwork. It was a truly enriching morning that brought life and real-world relevance to the curriculum.
