Welcome to Art Week!
Our students will be inspired to take part in a whole range of Art activities through the week – within the overall theme of ‘colour’. This focus on Art will also act as a stimulus for learning across the curriculum.
Please do add your wishes for the future in our ‘I wish walkway’ . It will be wonderful to have the shared aspirations of our whole school community celebrated in this planned installation.
Duke of Edinburgh Award
The group of Year 9 and 10 students that are working towards their Bronze level Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award spent two days hiking through Kaeng Krachan National Park in the area around Ban Krang.
Carrying full backpacks with all their camping and cooking equipment, they had to navigate challenging hiking trails while taking advantage of opportunities to see the wildlife in the park.
It was wonderful to see teamwork in action as they supported each other through the difficulties and obstacles they faced.
All of the participants have learned important skills and lessons to help them prepare for the assessed expedition which they will do in May.
PhotographsThe ‘ Power Kids Photographers’ are back in school on May 1st, 2nd and 3rd to take class, group and whole school photographs.
