Hua Hin International School is a fantastic place to be. We have an innovative approach to teaching and learning and have an environment of the highest quality. We are totally focused on achieving excellence in all that we do and are truly committed to our children, our staff and our community.
Hua Hin International School is an independent, privately owned, co-educational school that initially caters for children from age 2+ to 13 and draws children from multicultural backgrounds.
The campus has a Masterplan that is designed for close to 1000 children aged 2-18 and this is being developed along with the growth of students.
Situated approximately 15 minutes from the centre of Hua Hin, the school sits in an area that is truly beautiful – green, full of fresh country air and visually stimulating.
The school opened in August 2015 with above expected numbers on roll and enrolments continue to grow. Our students and many of our staff live in or near the growing expat and Thai communities of Hua Hin town (soon to be a City); the children mix socially after school and most are becoming involved in the diverse after school activities available at school.
The climate allows us to take full advantage of the outdoor environment and the garden and sports fields are a fundamental part of our programme with easy outside access from each classroom. Teachers make full use of this resource in their daily planning in a variety of ways. The setting and classrooms, both indoors and out, have been designed attractively into learning areas, the organisation of these spaces will change and evolve over time, influenced by the children and their interests, the creativity of the staff and topics or projects in which they may be involved. The rooms are light and spacious with ample resources to support exploration and learning. All classrooms are equipped with Interactive White Boards and we have a range of educational technology including class sets of Chrome books (lap tops).
